Since it may be useful for people who are struggling to get the early upper body, I've transcribed the points from the code here.
Face
eyes 1 = +5
eyes 2 = +5
forehead 1 = +5
hair 1 = +1
hair 2 = +10
hair 3 = +10
jawline 1 = +3
jawline 2 = +3
jawline 3 = +5
lips 1 = +1
lips 2 = +2
nose 1 = +5
Upper Body
arms 1 = +1
breasts 1 = +5
breasts 2 = +5
breasts 3 = +5
hands 1 = +1
waist 1 = +3
waist 2 = +3
The optimal path is Hair 1-3 > Eyes 1-2 > Nose 1 > Forehead 1, which should unlock the upper body transformations on Day 6. Then you want to take Breasts 1-3. Those combined with Hair 1-3 have the most visual impact on the paperdoll.
Also, something you might not know, but the other transformations for lower body and genitals are actually fully modeled on the paperdoll! You have to use a save editor to manipulate your save file to add them to your character, but they are all fully modeled so far. The only ones that seem to be missing are skinProg, voiceProg and heightProg. These don't do anything yet.
