Based on available data from 1980 to 2008—  Blacks were disproportionately represented as both homicide victims and offenders. The victimization rate for blacks (27.8 per 100,000) was 6 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000). The offending rate for blacks (34.4 per 100,000) was almost 8 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000).

Racial differences can usually be determined by appearance, and always by DNA analysis.

You are retreating to your last redoubt: the assertion race does not even exist.

The three main races are Caucasian, Mongoloid, and Negroid. There are a few races that do not fit into one of these categories, such as the Australian Aborigines and the Negritos. Nevertheless, it is easy to tell the difference between a Swede, a Chinese, and a Bantu.

The human races differ in the same way different dog breeds and subspecies of various species of animals differ.

Racial stereotypes are over generalizations of what is really true. There is no stereotype of the stupid Jew, or of the fat Chinese woman on welfare with five illegitimate children by five different men. Nor is there a stereotype of a black teenage boy who can't play basketball.
