My opinion on this matter, as is often the case with a hot button issue, is ambivalent. I dislike stories in which minors engage in sexual intercourse. I also dislike incest stories that include sexual intercourse, particularly if an underage girl is involved.

Everything I have read in the Sex Stories section has been too poorly written to appeal to me, even if it did not offend me.

I have a couple of things to add, that don't seem to have really been addressed... I personally support people's right to write whatever they want in the context of FICTION and FANTASY, and my only series so far deals in a rape. My objection is the stories labeled as "true stories" where there is discussion of sex with little children and family members raping one another, men and women alike. Those stories do not fall under your precious "It's just fiction" defense... and make me literally ill. Likewise when people comment on the stories and insinuate that those things would be hot in real life, or that they like/would like to do those things... and they do, on the sex stories part of the site for sure. Threatening to kill someone is a crime; why should saying you do or would like to have sex with a child(which is rape, no matter how it goes down) any less wrong? People confess to commiting heinous crimes against children, and also to being vicitimized, and people just hit the little "postitive" button and applaud. If it was my site, or I had the power to change things, I would at LEAST remove and ban that kind of material... not the fantasy and fiction but anything that is labeled as "true story".

The other thing is, I don't think people are getting up in arms about stories with 16 and 17 year olds and calling THOSE people pedophiles... and they aren't, pedophilia is being attracted to pre-pubescents and those who appear pre-pubescent. So saying "what's the difference between 17 and 18" doesn't really relate to this argument at all.

 

I'm not a well educated guy but, if certain "topics" bother you or it goes against everything you believe in, then just bypass the threads.

 

I have read many story's on this site .. and some other sights ...if it turns me off i stop reading it ....... some are poorly written ..some suck ..others are well written stories ...........I pick and choose according to my tastes ... leaving YOUNG stories open to read is a good idea ,,, it has been stated that it may help some who need this fix and save a child in real life ...

While your story, if it's true, is a sad one, one cannot help but wonder how an adult without any predilection toward pedophilia would find either the writing or reading of such stories to be in any way, erotic or sexually arousing.

What is the matter with writing about a teenager, over 16, who is discovering sex for the first time, or is exploring other avenues of sex than they have experienced in the past? With the age-bar set so low anyway, it isn't too far removed for a [good] writer to make the *SPAM**SPAM**SPAM**SPAM* character believable, give them a back-story that explains why they are still a virgin, why they have had no interest in sex previously, etc.

I'm all for people exploring fantasies through the written word, but...come on, some authors focus their stories solely on characters 16 and under; why is that, I wonder, albeit rhetorically.

Although stumpler will probably spit his drink out, I'm going to say that I don't believe in censoring. It is wrong, no matter what country you hail from or where the servers are based or whatever. But allowing a medium where adults can get some form of sexual gratification over the written word, where that written word is a graphic step-by-step fantasy of child abuse (let's not dress it up in fancy words, but call it what it is, shall we?), is worse. It gives the impression that 'anything goes really', that the owners are only conforming to global child protection laws in public while providing an outlet for pedophiles to gather.

What's your fav genre; how old (or young), do characters have to be for you to truly gird your loins? Do you prefer stories where children between the ages of 8 and 16 'consent' to sex with adults, or do you prefer the darker, muckier side of *SPAM**SPAM**SPAM**SPAM*-text, the raping of babies and toddlers?

Let me ask another question; when you were 'chained to the floor and fed dog food', and later when 'your father sold you to other inmates', did you, at any point then or since, think "y'know what, this would make a fucking awesome story to share with others so they can get their fucking jollies from the evil, depraved actions of adults who should have known better, and should have been caring for me instead of making a fucking buck out of my youth"?
