Not all of them. A few knew exactly what room to go to and where to look for the binder holding the bonafide certifications from each state. And if it had not been for one brave staffer that grabbed them and took them to safety during the panic the insurrectionists would have found them.

But the vast majority of the insurrections were White Christian Conservative Trump supporters just doing what he told them to do. So they didn't think about the cameras, their social media posts, or an army of internet sleuths that would help track them down because they believed nothing bad ever happens to them. Which is why so many of rem end up crying in court when they get sentenced.

Well sure. Outlaw abortion. Legalize child labor. And create labor camps. That will solve all our problems. And Trump can do it on day two of his dictatorship. MTG has other plans for day one of Trump's dictatorship.

Marjorie Taylor Greene slams abortion rights because forced births can 'fill jobs'

    House Oversight Committee hearing/screen grab

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) Wednesday suggested that pregnant women should be forced to give birth to "fill jobs" and solve the "population growth problem."

Greene made the remarks during a House Oversight Committee hearing on immigration policy.

"Sitting in here earlier, I was listening to the discussion on jobs and that the whole reason claimed by my colleagues on the other side of the aisle is that they want to bring in as many illegal aliens as possible, give them amnesty so they can fill jobs in America," Greene claimed. "And then they talked about that we have a population growth problem in the United States."

ALSO READ: Few Trumpers who embrace political violence understand its endgame

"Well, I think we can all say that if maybe, perhaps, 63 million people weren't murdered in the womb, we wouldn't have a population growth problem, would we?" she asked. "That's not women's reproductive rights. That's called abortion. It's called murder."

Greene blamed abortion rights for slowing population growth.

"But Democrats claim that we've got to replace Americans with illegal aliens to fill jobs," she said, referring to the theory that immigrants are replacing white Americans.

"That's their solution," Greene complained. "And take away jobs from Americans."

Now if only she'd learn a bit of history about migrant workers. Most all the jobs taken by these workers, most Americans wouldn't take. It was from a program that brought Mexican workers in during the 50's to take jobs harvesting crops, due to the rising numbers of Americans that were attending college.

Marjorie Taylor Greene wants GOP leaders to coronate Trump — right now

    Matt Laslo
    January 18, 2024 5:55PM ET

WASHINGTON — Just a tiny sliver of Republicans in one, single state have so far cast ballots in the GOP’s presidential nominating contest.

But for many GOP leaders, prominent Republican committee chairs and one of the Republican Party’s most well-known bomb-throwers, the time for candidates not named “Donald Trump” to quit the race is right now.

“Totally they need to drop out,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Raw Story while walking in an underground tunnel to the U.S. Capitol.

Even as Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) is planning to gain momentum in New Hampshire’s first in the nation primary on Tuesday, Greene dismisses her.

“She is gonna lose so big. It's not even funny. She's, like, she's not a real candidate,” Greene said of Trump’s former UN ambassador.

ALSO READ: Uncivil war: How Speaker Mike Johnson’s dream of bipartisan decency died in his hands

As for Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), Greene doubts he has a future in the GOP primary or even in the cabinet if Trump wins a second term in the White House, because she says he abandoned his voters.

“They reelected him for governor and then he went running around the country trying to run for president. That's not a good thing,” Greene said.

    It’s not just Greene.

“We need to unify,” House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) — who endorsed Trump earlier this month, which drew a public jab from former Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) — told Raw Story as he walked through the Capitol flanked by his security detail. “The number one thing is you cannot allow these extreme radical left Democrats, including the White House that’s proven completely incompetent, to remain in power.”

ALSO READ: Dennis Kucinich to seek Ohio congressional seat

While Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has yet to endorse anyone in the GOP presidential contest, over on the House side of the Capitol, each Republican leader is now publicly behind Trump. Many are also now anti-anyone else — see Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) new “Never Nikki” campaign — who’s still in the contest.

“Should they get out so the party can unify?” Raw Story asked.

“Yeah, definitely. Definitely,” Rep. Richard Hudson (R-NC) — who chairs the National Republican Congressional Committee or NRCC — told Raw Story. “The American people understand Trump’s policies made them safer. Made their lives better.”

When Congress wraps up its work in Washington this week — which includes kicking the can to fully fund the government down the proverbial road — Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), the House Republican Conference chair, and Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) are trekking to New Hampshire to join Trump on stage.

Other Republican heavy hitters say, what primary?

“I thought it was over before it even started,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) — who chairs the House Judiciary Committee and is helping party leaders plan their impeachment, contempt and censure strategies — told Raw Story.

Trump has now been endorsed by 24 sitting U.S. senators and 117 current members of the U.S. House of Representatives. DeSantis has six House endorsements; none in the Senate. Haley has netted just one congressional endorsement.

Congressional endorsements shouldn't mean that much in an anti-establishment party.

But more so, these non-Trump supporters say party leaders are getting ahead of themselves, the candidates and Republican voters.

Trump handedly won more than 50 percent of the vote in Iowa’s caucuses earlier this week, but — in part because of blisteringly cold weather — the state party says roughly 85% of registered Republicans sat out this year’s caucuses.

“We just had the first one. This is a marathon, not a sprint,” Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) — Haley’s lone endorsement from a sitting member of Congress — told Raw Story. “It's not right for me or anybody else to call for anybody to get out. They can do it. I don't listen to that.”

“You know, the great thing about our system, you get on the ballot, let the voters decide what they want. You win or you lose, and you either move forward or you go out,” Norman said.

Many Republicans now say Trump is inevitable, but Norman says that’s premature.

“I disagree with that,” Norman said. “I disagree with that. Gotta give people a choice. Why give up now? Look at the work that’s gone into this campaign. Look at the time they’ve spent. It’s kind of an insult for anybody to say that. They’re not the candidate.”

Norman’s got company, even if it comes from the DeSantis camp.

After (unsuccessfully) barnstorming Iowa for DeSantis, two of his top congressional supporters — Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Chip Roy (R-TX) — are doubling down on their endorsement of Florida’s governor.

The pair ditched their responsibilities in Washington this week so they could crisscross New Hampshire for their candidate, last minute — or ditch? — as their effort may be.

Other DeSantis supporters are feeling more lukewarm these post-Iowa days.

“For years, you have to show momentum in the early stages to keep on in the New Hampshire primary, so I suspect this year should be no different,” Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) told Raw Story.

Good’s the new chair of the House Freedom Caucus. But he almost didn’t get the job, because he endorsed DeSantis over Trump.

“Do you see any momentum, though, from DeSantis or Haley?” Raw Story asked.

“I don’t see any momentum right now,” Good said.

"This is a referendum on the Republican Party," Greene said.

The last thing treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans want is for people to be talking about their leadership. Which is actually what MTG is doing here. Trump and his campaign desperately want the primary over. So he and his campaign are working the phones trying to get all treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans to come out and endorse him. And MTG is saying or else. Which actually speaks to desperation.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) doubled down on Tuesday after saying the America First movement would eradicate people who do not support former President Donald Trump.

"Any Republican that doesn't completely endorse these policies, we are completely eradicating from the party," Greene told MSNBC on Monday.

On Tuesday, the lawmaker was asked about her plan to cleanse the party.

"I have been giving the message to everyone that this Republican primary is a referendum on the Republican Party because, in 2016, voters sent the message to the Republican Party that we wanted a change," Greene said to Real America's Voice. "But this time around, we are very serious about it."

"In 2016, President Trump defeated the Bush dynasty. He defeated the Clinton dynasty. And this time around, we are ending the Republican Uniparty, and we are ending the neocons."

Greene said defeating Nikki Haley in New Hampshire would send "a strong message from Republican voters directly to the party."

"You better get on board with America First," she warned. "You will get on board with MAGA. You will get on board with President Trump's agenda. And President Trump is going to be our candidate."

"He's going to be our president," Greene added.

Dem busts Marjorie Taylor Greene at hearing for fundraising off of 'sham impeachment'

House Homeland Security Committee Ranking Member Bennie Thompson (D-MS) called out Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) for fundraising off of the impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

At a hearing to consider Mayorkas' impeachment on Tuesday, Thompson accused Republicans of a political stunt.

"Republican members of Congress sworn to support and defend the Constitution are rejecting the framers' clear intent and over two centuries of precedent in favor of a sham impeachment," Thompson said. "The sham impeachment of Secretary Mayorkas is a baseless political stunt by extreme MAGA Republicans."

"Chairman Greene, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, and others have pushed for and even fundraised based on this pre-planned, predetermined scapegoating of the Secretary," he added.

"In a process akin to throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks, Republicans have cooked up vague, unprecedented grounds to impeach Secretary Mayorkas, refusal to follow the law, and a breach of public trust."

Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls to Censure and DEPORT ‘Ilhan Omar of Somalia’ Over Debunked Video Translation
    Jamie FreveleFeb 1st, 2024, 12:29 pm

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) used the first day of Black History Month to push a censure resolution on the floor of the House of Representatives against Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) based on an inaccurate translation of a speech.

Taylor Greene promoted her speech on Twitter/X, saying:

Today, I’m introducing a Censure Resolution on Ilhan Omar for admitting she’s working as a foreign agent for a foreign country.

I urge my colleagues to vote to Censure, but I wish I had the votes to expel and deport her.

At the beginning of her speech to introduce the censure, Taylor Greene referred to “Representative Ilhan Omar of Somali– I mean Minnesota.” She also accused Omar of making “treasonous statements”:

Whereas Representative Omar assured the Somalians she spoke to “the U.S. government will only do what Somalians in the U.S. tell them to do. They will do what we want and nothing else. They must follow our orders, and that is how we will safeguard the interest of Somalia.”

Whereas Representative Omar continued, “for as long as I am in U.S. Congress, Somalia will never be in danger. Its waters will not be stolen by Ethiopia or others. Sleep in comfort knowing I am here to protect the interest of Somalia from inside the U.S. system.”

But according to several different experts in Somali, Omar didn’t say that at all. Not only was the originally cited translation inaccurate, there was a lot of missed context. From Minnesota’s Star Tribune:

The speech was held at an event at the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Minneapolis on Jan. 27 to celebrate the recent election in the region of Somalia known as Puntland. Omar’s comments turned to a recent port deal between landlocked Ethiopia and the breakaway republic Somaliland that’s left the entire Horn of Africa on edge.

In the wake of the port deal between the northern region of Somalia and Ethiopia, Omar said in the speech that she’s fielded calls from concerned people who want the United States government to intervene in hopes of nullifying the 50-year agreement.

The right — including Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) — jumped on Omar, who came to the United States as a Somali refugee as a child, after a speech she delivered in Somali in Minneapolis was inaccurately translated. Omar was accused of declaring her loyalty to Somalia based on an inaccurate translation in which she referred to “people who know they are Somalians first, Muslims second.”

MTG Is Furious Biden Wants to Stop Airlines From Charging Families Extra to Sit Together

If there’s one thing most Americans can agree on, it’s that airlines have gotten way too comfortable charging extra for things that were once considered basic amenities. Junk fees run rampant in the industry. Everything from luggage, to itinerary changes, to how fast you can check in can now potentially carry an additional charge. So when President Joe Biden’s administration proposed eliminating seat selection fees for families with children, you’d think self-declared pro-family Republicans might not take issue.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) isn’t a fan, though.

“What’s next? Joe Biden using his power as president to demand kids eat free at all restaurants too? Why don’t you do your job and CLOSE THE BORDER instead of pandering for votes!!!” Greene wrote Monday on X, formerly Twitter. It’s worth noting that Greene is currently opposing a massive Biden-endorsed border reform package making its way through the Senate, despite her calls for action on immigration.

“You ought to be able to fly with your child – and sit next to them – without paying an additional fee,” Biden wrote earlier Monday on X. “It’s time all airlines offered fee-free family seating.”

“Have you ever bought tickets for a big game based on one price, but then noticed it ticked up at checkout due to hidden fees?” the President added in another post. “Economists call that ‘drip pricing’ and companies use it to rip you off. Under my Administration, we’re putting an end to those hidden junk fees.”

In October, the White House announced a push to eliminate junk fees and increase rate transparency for consumers across various industries. The initiative includes a proposed rule that would require companies to show the full price of a product, fare, or ticket up front and bar them from “charging hidden and misleading fees.” Last month, Biden took things a step further by proposing a new rule that would “rule that would end excessive overdraft fees” by banks and other financial institutions.

The proposal to eliminate fees for families looking to book plane seats together was originally introduced in March of last year, to widespread opposition from commercial airlines.

Greene continued to rail against the proposal to stop charging parents to sit next to their kids later on Monday. “Take the POTUS social media accounts away from the 20 year olds that don’t understand ANYTHING about business! Lord help us,” she wrote.

Hopefully, more parents will find themselves having a smoother travel experience in the future. Lord help whoever ends up next to Greene on a flight.

Its Trump, treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans and MTG that refuse to close the border or do anything else to help solve the problems at the southern border. In fact they are now blaming it on greedy border patrol agents trying to extort a pay raise.

And this is one of the leaders of the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) traded barbs with Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) on the social media site "X" Monday — and got more than she bargained for.

The far-right lawmaker, who is best known for having embraced QAnon conspiracy theories before being elected and getting expelled from the far-right Freedom Caucus, took a shot at McGovern after he lambasted her in a House Rules Committee meeting, where he sits as ranking member.

"The clowns are running the circus," said McGovern. "We’re wasting time on Marjorie Taylor Greene because she wants to impeach someone. Don’t get me started on her absurd censure resolution of Congresswoman Omar that she introduced because she doesn’t know how to use Google Translate."

"Wow, this is coming from the same guy who is well known to lay his suit jacket on the actual bathroom floor while spending a lot of time in the stall of the first floor bathroom of the Capitol," Greene posted in reply. "Eww. That’s probably when he comes up with all this [poop emoji]."

McGovern, however, shot back with a ready retort.

"No idea what you’re talking about," he wrote. "What are you doing in the men’s bathroom aren’t you late for a klan meeting?"

    Hey American hater;
Your ongoing lie that deplorables don't want closed borders is a failed bit of leftist propaganda.
Perhaps you should not keep saying that.
Or perhaps you'd like to explain why brandon would sue the one governor who IS securing at least his part of the border?
    Very successfully, we note.

    come on.
You can go lower than this.
    You've been lower.

'Shame on you!' Marjorie Taylor Greene melts down about being called 'insurrectionist'

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) became angry and shouted at reporters on Tuesday over suggestions that Donald Trump and other Republicans were insurrectionists.

Greene spoke at a press conference where Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) introduced a resolution declaring that Trump was not an insurrectionist. The former president has faced ballot challenges based on a 14th Amendment prohibition on insurrectionists serving in the federal government.

"Not one single person has been charged with insurrection," Greene insisted. "Yet Democrats and dishonest people in the media every single day accuse President Trump of waging an insurrection."

ALSO READ: Bikers for Trump just hit a ditch

"And accuse many of us of waging an insurrection, and you're doing nothing but lying and selling the lies of the Democrats, all for campaigns and elections, shame on every single person that has done that, shame on you!" she exclaimed. "You need to tell the truth. You have the freedom of press, one of the greatest rights in this entire world. And anyone that puts the word insurrectionist calls President Trump an insurrectionist, and calls any of us an insurrectionist is a liar."

According to Greene, the media should also label left-wing protests as insurrections.

"And you do not deserve the power that you possess, shame on you, shame on you!" she continued. "And then when Joe Biden was inaugurated, and this entire Capitol complex was surrounded with 30,000 National Guard troops, none of you stood there and called that an insurrection. No, you all stayed silent."

WASHINGTON — Raw Story walked with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Capitol Hill Tuesday as she trashed members of her own party over a bipartisan border control bill looking unlikely to pass.

Senate Republicans have spent weeks hammering out a landmark legislation on border security and immigration but its future looks bleak as far-right Republican in the House condemn it and those in the Senators threaten a filibuster.

Raw Story asked Greene if MAGA Republicans trust Sen. Mitch McConnell, one of the leading forces behind the bipartisan bill.

"Nobody trusts Mitch McConnell," Greene said. "Let's just say that."

She then went off on an attack against the Senate legislation, saying it "legalizes a daily invasion."

The Senate bill, she argued, "brings more illegals into the country."

"That is the most America-last — it's like they're traitors — anybody who voted for it would be a traitor," Greene continued.

When asked if this shows that Trump is running the House and Senate Republican caucuses, Greene argued it isn't about Trump, it's what the American people want.

MTG had quite the day. And to cap it off her pet project of trying to impeach Alejandro Mayorkas blew up in her face.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) was seen walking out of a hearing on Tuesday after being called out for hugging Jan. 6 defendants.

At a House Oversight hearing, Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) said it was ironic that Greene complained about crime in Washington, D.C.

"I want to remind the gentlelady that it was her that actually organized a trip to the D.C. jail to hug and high-five and sit with the insurrectionists that actually attacked our Capitol," Garcia said. "This is quite ironic that the insurrectionists that tried to overthrow our government in the Capitol City were being coddled — were being, were actually being coddled by, it's quite a shame that you call them political prisoners or hostages, I think maybe you called them."

At that point, Greene appeared to heckle Garcia before walking out of the hearing room.

"Mr. Chairman, she's not recognized," someone noted.

    Garcia continued after Greene exited.

"So I think it's quite interesting that my colleague was trying to talk about the safety of D.C. when she literally supported an insurrection, an attack on the Capitol, visited the prisoners," he said.
