    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Since I didn’t grill the chops last night I decided to try something different.

    Earlier today I browned the chops, after salt and peppering them, in olive oil. After browning, I sautéed chopped onion and six garlic cloves in the oil, adding a cup and a half of nice claret, I scraped the pan into our crockpot. Then I peeled and cut three potatoes into 1/4” slices, tossed them and added a package of whole green beans. Putting the chops on top, then pouring a cup + of beef broth, I set the pot for 8 hours on low.

    I just stirred the liquid a minute ago, the potatoes look like they’ve been roasted. The aroma is heavenly. An hour and a half to go, wife will be surprised, happily I hope.
